Privacy Policy

What We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and a hashed password. When you use the Stay or Sell Calculator, the financial figures you enter are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate your analysis and are not stored long-term on our servers. When you generate a motion, your questionnaire answers and the finished document are saved to your account so you can retrieve, edit and print them. Motion content is assembled on our own servers and is not sent to any third-party language model.

How We Use Your Information

We use your email to send transactional messages (account creation, password reset, purchase confirmation) via Resend. We process payments through Stripe. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. We use Anthropic's Claude API to power the Stay or Sell Calculator's written analysis and the county records scanner. It is not used to produce motion documents.

Third-Party Services

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs your payment data.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Anthropic — language model provider. Figures you enter into the Stay or Sell Calculator, and case pages retrieved by the county records scanner, are processed by Anthropic's API. Motion documents are not.
• Google Analytics — site analytics. You can opt out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Data Retention

Your account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us at the address below.
